2. Services Provided
Skyline Chimney provides chimney sweeping, chimney inspection, gas fireplace service, chimney repair, chimney cap installation, dryer vent cleaning, and related services in the Seattle area. Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.
3. Appointments & Scheduling
Online booking requests are not confirmed appointments. All bookings are subject to confirmation by our team within 24 hours. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes.
4. Pricing & Payment
Service pricing will be provided as an estimate prior to work being performed. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work discovered during service. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee. To cancel, please call us at (206) 203-2106 or email beskylinechimney@gmail.com.
6. Warranties & Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve any issues. Warranties on parts and materials vary by manufacturer and will be communicated at the time of service.
7. Liability
Skyline Chimney is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, structural damage not caused by our work, or issues arising from homeowner modifications after our service.
8. Property Access
The homeowner or authorized representative must be present during service. You grant our technicians permission to access areas of your home necessary to complete the requested services. We will treat your property with care and respect.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
